I am consistently shocked at how happy I am when warmer weather arrives. I don’t really mind the cold or snow all that much, and yet when the coffee shops start serving cold brew again, and bbq recipes start circulating the Internet, it’s a surprise to find I’m 95% over winter.
It’s at this point I start drumming up a million ideas for dinners on the deck, and go full throttle on Pinterest. If I applied the same focus to work that I have for pinning spring recipes I’d be so productive. I could probably escape Guantanamo Bay with that kind of focus, and I’m not even that strong of a swimmer.
Here are the top paleo recipes I plan to rotate on the reg. Okay gotta go hit the farmers market and fire up the grill.
